2026 REM SCR 17 CNC 1SF — New CNC Vertical Turning Lathe, Expedited - under production
MACHINE STRUCTURE & MAIN ASSEMBLIES – MORANDO TYPE STRUCTURE
The REM SCR 17 CNC 1SF is a numerically controlled vertical lathe designed with one working head with built-in live spindle, automatic tool clamping for both live tools and turning tool holders, and one ATC magazine fitted on the right end of the cross rail. Main operations: inner/outer cylindrical turning, facing with constant cutting speed, contouring, drilling, boring, milling and threading.
• Monoblock high-strength cast iron bed, heavily ribbed
• Main drive with 2-step ZF gearbox and Poly-V belt transmission
• Table mounted on TIMKEN roller cross bearing
• Movable cross rail working along the two opposite guideway seated on one heavy duty column
• Working head with built-in live spindle (Turning + Milling)
• Automatic tool clamping for both turning and live tool holders
• Centralized lubrication and hydraulic equipment
• Coolant plant with chip conveyor
• Full safety enclosure (CE marked)
