Features 1. 5" wide x 8" diameter compacting rolls with axially grooved rolls for fine powders that are readily fluidizable, manufacture rated production from 100 to 400 lbs./hour, jacketed rolls for cooling, rolls are made from 17-4 ph stainless steel with all 304 ss wetted parts and guarding with polished finish, variable speed on all drives, air over hydraulic roll compression with hydraulic cylinder rated to 30 ton capacity, unit is fed from hopper with horizontal screw to gravity feed hopper with air operated vibrator, factory controls (repairs needed) and mounted on casters.
