The Or-Tec screw screen compactor screens, compacts, washes, and conveys waste for disposal.
Designed for incline mounting with in-channel loading, 4.5 cu/ft screen area.
Shaftless auger diameter is 19" at inlet, reducing to 8" diameter to discharge.
Installed spray bars at inlet and discharge zones.
Screen perforations are 0.25" (6.35mm)
The adjustable height support stand provides an approximate 38° incline and a 10' discharge height.
3/4HP gearmotor Screw Drive (208-230/460V, 60Hz, 3ph)
Stainless steel NEMA rated enclosure with system timer, pre-wired for 240V, 60Hz, 3ph, 5.2FLA
