USED 2017 ARC SPECIALTIES ARC-05HVT
Overview
The ARC-05HVTe is an automated system that has the capability to weld in the horizontal and vertical position, or and any angle between the 0 and 90-degree positions on the ID and OD of cylindrical parts.
The ability to position part improves bead shape, weld chemistry, and improves overall ease of operation and usability of the welding process at high deposition rates.

System includes 52" table top, which can be switched out with the 32" chuck for vertically welding large OD parts.
Welding deposition rate of 8 lbs. per hour with a single wire in bores of 4" or larger. minimum bore = 2".
Manipulator with Tilt Axis:
Manipulator mounted on the tilting axis of the base
Integrated tilt beam construction mounted to turntable
Servo tilt axis control, programmable position from 0 degrees (flat) to 90 degree (horizontal) and any position in between.
