EMC Rotoplus LUC Brill 1350 Wet Sanding and Polishing Machine (2017)

Working Width: 1,350 mm (53 inches).
1st Station (Longitudinal Brush): Longitudinal cleaning/polishing cotton brush with a diameter of 275 mm (10-13/16") and a length of 1,420 mm (55-5/16").
2nd Station (Polishing Carousel): 5-arm carousel with rotating pads or brushes. The carousel is fitted with (15) buffing pads (standard) of 160 mm or 350 mm max diameter, depending on configuration.
Speed Control: Variable pad speeds from 280 to 1,600 RPM or 3 to 36 RPM, controlled by an electronic inverter.
Motors: 7.5 kW (10 HP) longitudinal motor; carousel brushes use 5.5 kW (7.5 HP) motors (5 total) or 2.2 kW motors.
System: Automatic liquid abrasive spraying gun with a 50-liter pressure tank.
Control: Main electronic touch screen display for all working functions.
Features: Constant pass line (900 mm from the floor)
