USED LEWIS 5" X 8" 2-HIGH ROLLING MILL

This Lewis 5" x 8" 2-high rolling mill is a compact, heavy-duty unit designed for precision strip reduction across a wide range of metals and alloys. Featuring 5" diameter rolls with an 8" face width, this mill is well suited for laboratory, pilot-scale, and light production rolling applications where consistency, control, and repeatability are critical.

The mill is currently equipped with a 7.5/10 HP DC main drive motor. No electrical controls are currently installed, giving buyers the flexibility to integrate their preferred drive and control solution. Roll gap is adjusted via dual handwheels, allowing for simultaneous or independent adjustment on the operator and drive sides for precise gauge and profile control. Entry and exit mill tables will be installed prior to shipment.
