You can just purchase the building and forget all the blast room augers, elevators etc. The room is 30’-4  wide  X  24’-5 high  X  120’-4 long.  The opening is 18’  X  23’. Does include pictured dust collector. More drawings available on request. Electric requirement 575 3 Phase. This room was purchased new and used for less than a year. Purchased at auction and packaged up for sale. You can have the dust collector as well if you want it.
