Description

One (1) used Super Sack Unloader with Rotary Valve
Footprint: 53" wide x 47" deep
Space between the two front legs: 41"
Adjustable height for setting super sack
Accommodates different bag heights
Flexible rubber pad helps stop material bridging
Equipped with front hinged door for removing discharge string
Discharge: 12" diameter
Discharges into a Prater rotary valve with gear reduced drive
Valve is equipped with shallow vanes (see photo)
Prater Model: PAV-8 S.C.I.
3/4 HP motor with gear reducer, 3 phase, 230/460V
Equipped with spider for picking up bags and placing them on holder
Equipped with vibratory motor attached to hopper

Previous customer used a pneumatic blower to move product from airlock
We have the 3" diameter pipe and discharge connection (see photo)
