·         Upper stainless steel tray size to Be 10 ft. long by 26 in. wide made of 10 Ga. 304 stainless steel.
·         Movement to be 3 axis movement 2 in. side to side and 18 in forward and back by electric with 3 in up and 3 in. down by manual hand crank.
·         Frame made of Carbon steel painted with automotive grade paint.
·         1 vacuum pump 5 hp. High volume flow liquid ring with max water ports.
·         Water recycle to have oversized holding tank with 100 plate heat exchanger, a 1.5 hp. high volume water pump.
·          manifolds one is for vacuum with eighteen ½ in. valves the other is for water with eighteen ½ in. valves.
·         Tool mounting rails to be set 12 in on center.
·         Nema 4 x manual motor starters mounted overhead.
