The Used Sealed Air (Shanklin) Model F1AC-FW Horizontal Flow Wrapper is a modern, high-performance packaging system manufactured in 2020 and engineered for versatile and consistent flow wrapping applications. This system is capable of speeds up to 60 packages per minute with film/belt speeds reaching 90 feet per minute.
It supports a wide range of package sizes from 3" L Ć 1.5" W Ć 1/8" H minimum to 48" L Ć 16" W Ć 6" H maximum, making it suitable for products across multiple industries. The Proface HMI and Allen-Bradley MicroLogix 1400 PLC deliver intuitive, programmable control, ensuring easy operation and adjustment.
The wrapper also features a Shanklin Sabre side sealer for high-quality seals and includes adjustable-height conveyor settings: 35.5" to 41.5" without casters, and 41.5" to 47.5" with casters, giving it ergonomic flexibility and easy mobility.
