Eco-Smart Mist Lubrication System
 
Every HYDMECH S-20NG ships standard with a precision air-mist lubrication system designed for clean, efficient cutting without the mess and cost of flood coolant. Unlike flood systems that pump gallons of fluid per hour, the mist system delivers a fine, targeted spray directly on the band saw blade.

Manual Blade Tension System
 
Proper blade tension is the single most important factor in cut quality and blade life. The HYDMECH S-20NG's manual tension system is designed for straightforward, repeatable tensioning. Operators can set correct tension quickly and confidently, without over- or under-tensioning.
