Eco-Smart Mist Lubrication System
 
Every HYDMECH S-20PNG ships standard with a precision air-mist lubrication system designed for clean, efficient cutting without the mess and cost of flood coolant. Unlike flood systems that pump gallons of fluid per hour, the mist system delivers a fine, targeted spray directly on the band saw blade.

Mist lubrication is controlled via solenoid activation from the HMI touchscreen. Reservoir: 64 oz (1893 mL) with low-level detection. Shop air required: 60–100 PSI. Requires shop air.
The HYDMECH S-20PNG introduces an industry-exclusive 7" (178 mm) HMI touchscreen that displays the miter angle digitally in real time. No other band saw in this class offers this. Manual Blade Tension System
 
Proper blade tension is the single most important factor in cut quality and blade life. The HYDMECH S-20PNG's manual tension system is designed for straightforward, repeatable tensioning. Operators can set correct tension quickly and confidently, without over- or under-tensioning.
