The Unused Aesus Premier Shrink Continuous Motion Full Body Shrink Labeler offers high-speed, precision shrink sleeve application up to 150 containers per minute (CPM). The system features a dual rotating sleeve applicator for seamless, continuous motion operation and an Allen Bradley Micrologix 1400 PLC coupled with a PanelView Plus 7 HMI for intuitive controls and monitoring.
This labeler also includes a Panasonic servo drive for reliable, accurate sleeve application, as well as photo registration and end-of-film sensor functionality for maximum uptime. An Aesus Deltaveyor conveyor belt (4" wide x 22' long) is also included, providing a complete ready-to-integrate labeling solution.
