The Used Accraply (Graham "Sleevit") Model 650VF High-Speed Shrink Sleeve Label Applicator is a high-performance labeling system designed for precise and efficient shrink sleeve application in various industries. Capable of speeds up to 650 containers per minute (depending on application), this machine accommodates container diameters ranging from 1.1" to 6.6" (28mm - 170mm) and heights from 1.1" to 11.8" (30mm - 300mm).
This system is compatible with PVC, PET/PETG, OPS, and PLA shrink sleeve materials and features an Allen Bradley Micrologix1000 PLC with a Proface HMI for precise control and operation monitoring. It is equipped with Toshiba Powerflex 4 and Panasonic Servo Drives, ensuring smooth, high-speed operation. Additionally, print registration capability allows for precise label alignment.
The system also includes a 480V Electric Shrink Tunnel (Model 105HT) to securely shrink and conform labels to container shapes.
