The MTI-40C is a compact dual-basket, fully enclosed, countertop deep-fryer, perfect for high-volume solutions. The MTI-40C is capable of producing up to 6 pounds (3 lbs per side) of product per fry cycle, with just the push of a button. With an oil capacity of 2.75 gallons per side and 5.5 gallons total, you can fry approximately 50-100 lbs of French fries per hour! The MTI-40C provides the flexibility to operate each side independently or simultaneously in order to meet your production needs. Now you can expand your menu with deep-fried favorites without the expense of hoods and vents. MTI’s proprietary Simplifry™ Technology offers multiple programmable presets, standby mode and heat/time compensation intelligence.
