This Used Langen Model B1-OL Automatic Horizontal Glue Cartoner is a high-efficiency, continuous motion cartoning system capable of producing up to 120 cartons per minute, depending on carton size and application. It features 12ā centers, an adjustable bucket infeed, and is built to handle extended width cartons (up to 6ā) using its top squaring chain.
With a carton size range of 3/4" to 10" in length, 3/8" to 6" in width, and 3-3/4" to 8-1/2" in depth, the B1-OL is ideal for a wide range of packaging applications. The system is equipped with a Nordson ProBlue 7 hot melt glue system, PLS electrocam, Allen Bradley SLC 150 PLC, and A/B PowerFlex 525 drive. Includes an approx. 72ā long product load area for smooth and flexible loading.
