The Aesus Model Delta Chuckcap is an automatic single chuck capper designed for precision capping at speeds of up to 60 containers per minute. Featuring intermittent motion carton indexing, the system includes a two-station tightener with a pre-spin station and a final torqueing station. It accommodates cap sizes ranging from 0" to 5" in diameter and 0" to 1" thick (with changeparts). The bottle size range supports containers up to 10" in diameter and 12" in height.
Equipped with an Allen Bradley Micrologix 1400 PLC, A/B Panelview Plus 600 HMI, and Panasonic servo drives, this machine offers precise control and automation. Pneumatic height adjustment ensures flexibility across various container sizes. The system includes an oversized cap sorting elevator for flat caps up to 5" in diameter. Last used in a nutritional supplement packaging operation, the unit operates on 1/60/208V power.
