Description
This used Doboy Mustang IV Horizontal Flow Wrapper is a high-speed packaging system designed for precise and efficient flow wrapping in various industries. The machine is capable of speeds up to 90 cycles per minute (CPM) and features a film registration system for accurate packaging alignment.
Equipped with a 7” wide crimp seal jaw, it accommodates a package size range of up to 15” in length, 2-1/4” in height, and 6-1/2” in width. The machine has an 8-foot long lugged chain infeed with 8” centers, ensuring smooth product feeding. The updated Markem coder provides high-quality date coding and labeling capabilities.
The unit is mounted on casters, offering mobility and easy integration into production lines. It operates on 3-phase, 60 Hz, 208V power.
