Description:
The Automated Packaging FAS Sprint Revolution Fulfillment Bagger is a high-speed, automated bagging system designed for fulfillment, e-commerce, and high-volume packaging applications. It features a 60” wide load area with a 6” pass-through, enabling efficient and precise bagging.
Equipped with an Accutech Autofulfillment Sprint Printer System with a Zebra print head, this unit provides on-demand labeling and barcoding for seamless integration into warehouse, distribution, and e-commerce operations.
The system accommodates bag thicknesses from 1.5 to 4.0 mil and handles bags ranging from 2” to 24” wide and 3” to 18.75” long. It operates at speeds up to 900” per minute, with bagging rates determined by bag size. A support conveyor allows handling of up to 15 pounds per bag, making it suitable for heavy-duty industrial packaging.
