Used Paul O. Abbe Model RB-315 Ribbon Blender, a heavy-duty food-grade stainless steel mixer designed for efficient blending of powders, granules, and bulk solids. Constructed entirely from Type 304 polished stainless steel, this blender meets food and sanitary processing standards. The internal double spiral ribbon agitator ensures thorough, uniform mixing by moving material both radially and laterally within the trough.
Driven by a robust 75 HP SEW Eurodrive hollow bore motor, the system operates at approximately 20 RPM output speed, delivering consistent mixing performance for dense or high-volume materials.
Equipped with a top cover with hold-down clamps and safety limit switch, as well as a center loading port with welded safety grate, this unit is designed for safe and efficient operation. The air-operated flush plug discharge valve allows controlled and complete discharge of materials.
