This Used Alloyd Model 18S-1216 is a fully automatic carousel-style blister sealer designed for high-volume production of sealed blister packaging. With speeds ranging from 10–20 cycles per minute (application-dependent), this machine provides a complete automated sealing solution—from card and blister loading to heat-seal bonding and automatic discharge.
Capable of handling large-format cards up to 14" x 18" and blisters with flanges up to 12" x 16" and 3" deep, this unit is ideal for packaging consumer goods, tools, hardware, electronics, and medical components.
The system automatically feeds die-cut, adhesive-coated cards onto blisters with product, applies heat and pressure to form a secure seal, and then ejects the finished package to a conveyor or packing table for final packing.
