The Mitsui Mike 700L High-Intensity Mixer is a powerful industrial mixing system, designed for high-speed blending, dispersion, and homogenization of materials in industries such as plastics, chemicals, food, and pharmaceuticals.
This unit features a jacketed 36” diameter x 42” deep mixing bowl, rated for 5 kg/cm² (71 PSI), allowing for temperature-controlled mixing processes. The mixer is equipped with a two-tier bottom blade system, providing efficient and uniform material movement.
Driven by a 75 HP, 3-phase (208-230/460V) motor at 1780 RPM, this mixer ensures high-speed operation for intensive mixing applications. It includes a swing-away top cover for easy access and a side-bottom outlet with a plug valve for controlled discharge.
