Description:
The EDI 89" Ultraflex H75 Sheet Extrusion Die is a high-performance die designed for precision plastic sheet extrusion. It features a .000-.075 lip opening with a .300 lip length, ensuring versatility for various sheet thicknesses. All flow surfaces are coated with Ultrachrome II plating (.001-.0015" thick) for enhanced durability and performance.
This die operates in a horizontal position and includes an upper and lower body with a compound angle design. The lower body has an extra-thick end plate and is drilled and tapped (3/8-16" in 8 positions) with 1.5" spacing on both ends for optional deckling. The heating system consists of 9 zones with a total of 14 (500W) heaters, providing precise temperature control for consistent extrusion quality.
