Description:
This used C.E. Howard 850-gallon stainless steel jacketed tank is a high-quality mixing and processing vessel, ideal for beverage, food, and pharmaceutical applications. Constructed from 304 stainless steel, it features a 5' diameter x 6-1/2' straight-side vessel with a dished top and bottom, providing an internal height of 7'1" from dish to dish.
Internally, the tank includes (2) baffles and a top-entering agitator shaft equipped with two sets of 2-blade paddles, driven by a top-mounted drive through a gear reducer. The agitator system is powered by a 2 HP SEW Eurodrive gear motor (230/460V, 3/60Hz, 1700 RPM), delivering an output speed of 61 RPM.
The vessel is supported by 3'3" high stainless steel legs for stability and accessibility. The top head includes a 20" diameter manway, an 8" diameter flanged connection for motor mounting, and (4) 2" inlets. The bottom head features a 3" diameter center bottom outlet for efficient discharge. Additionally, the 2" diameter jacket connections ensure effective heat transfer.
