A 20 HP Nord motor driving an anchor agitator with bottom and sidewall scrapers for uniform product turnover.
A 25 HP Nord motor driving an offset, four-tier, four-blade pitched turbine agitator, ensuring efficient blending and circulation.
The kettle also includes a 24" top manway, 3" bottom outlet, and a dish top with cone bottom design for complete product drainage and easy cleaning.
Mounted on four sturdy stainless legs, the unit stands approximately 252" overall height.
