Featuring an open top and flat bottom design, the unit is enhanced with a dimple jacket for superior thermal control. It measures approximately 38" in diameter with a 50" straight side, providing ample volume for cell culture or bioprocessing applications. Designed to operate within an ambient to 40 ± 0.1°C (104 ± 0.2°F) range, it maintains a precise 0.5 psi bag pressure. The system is driven by a Brother 3-phase induction motor (1/2 hp, 3/60/208-230/460V, 1720 rpm) with a 15:1 reduction ratio, ensuring efficient mixing and process control. The bioreactor is securely mounted on a stainless steel frame.
