Description
This used 250-liter industrial mix tank from Lee Industries is constructed from 316L stainless steel, making it ideal for industrial, pharmaceutical, and food processing applications. It features a vertical orientation with a dished top and bottom, allowing for efficient product flow and thorough mixing.
The tank is internally rated at 30 psi and is designed to handle temperatures ranging from -20°F to 300°F, with vacuum internal capability. It includes a top-entering dual 3-blade turbine agitator (motor/drive required but not included), ensuring effective and consistent product mixing.
The top of the tank is equipped with multiple openings for process flexibility, including a 10" opening with cover, one 3" opening, and six 1-1/2" openings. The 1-1/2" center bottom outlet provides an approximate 5-1/2" discharge height, facilitating easy product transfer. The tank is mounted on four legs with casters, making it easy to move and position as needed.
