Description
This used Lee Industries 200-liter industrial pressure mix tank is designed for high-performance mixing and processing in demanding industrial applications. Constructed from 316L stainless steel, this vertical mixing vessel ensures corrosion resistance, durability, and compliance with sanitary processing standards.
The tank features a dished top and bottom for optimized fluid flow and easy cleaning. It is internally rated for 30 psi at temperatures from -20°F to 300°F, with vacuum capability, making it suitable for a wide range of mixing, blending, and reaction processes.
Equipped with a top-entering dual 3-blade turbine agitator, this tank enables efficient material dispersion and uniform mixing. The agitator requires a separate motor and drive for full functionality. Multiple top openings, including a 10-inch cover, one 3-inch port, and six 1-1/2-inch ports, allow for seamless ingredient addition and process integration. The 1-1/2-inch center bottom outlet is positioned at 5-1/2 inches discharge height for smooth product flow.
For operational flexibility, the tank is mounted on four legs with casters, ensuring easy mobility and reconfiguration within production environments.
