Description
This used Lee Industries 200-liter pressure mix tank is constructed from 316L stainless steel, ensuring superior durability, corrosion resistance, and compliance with sanitary processing standards. The vertical tank features a dished top and bottom, optimizing fluid dynamics for efficient mixing and drainage. With an internal pressure rating of 30 psi (-20°F to 300°F) and vacuum capabilities, it is ideal for a variety of industrial mixing and processing applications.
The unit comes equipped with a top-entering dual 3-blade turbine agitator, though a motor and drive are required for full operation. Multiple top openings, including a 10-inch cover, one 3-inch opening, and six 1-1/2-inch openings, allow for easy product addition and process integration. The 1-1/2-inch center bottom outlet is designed for efficient discharge, positioned at approximately 5-1/2 inches in height. For added convenience, the tank is mounted on four legs with casters, ensuring ease of movement and flexibility in production environments.
