This used single-use bioreactor offers a 50-liter (13.2 gallon) capacity in a compact, stainless steel design. It features an open top and flat bottom shell, ensuring ease of cleaning and efficient operation. The vessel measures approximately 14" in diameter by 22" in straight side height and is equipped with a dimple jacket for precise thermal control. Designed to operate within an ambient to 40 ± 0.1°C (104 ± 0.2°F) range while maintaining a 0.5 psi bag pressure, this system is ideal for small-scale bioprocessing applications. It includes an AB Series A Drive paired with a Brother 3-phase induction motor (1/4 hp, 3/60/208-230/460V, 1720 rpm) with a 10:1 reduction ratio, ensuring efficient mixing and process control. The bioreactor is mounted on a robust stainless steel frame.
