Description:
This used APV Crepaco 1,500-gallon stainless steel reactor features T316L stainless steel internal construction and a T304 stainless steel dimple jacket, engineered for high-performance mixing and thermal regulation.
The internal vessel is rated 60 PSI @ 350°F, and the dimple jacket is rated 75 PSI @ 350°F, allowing for both heating and cooling via fluid circulation. The reactor features a 72" diameter, dished top and bottom heads, and a bridge-mounted sweep scraper agitator, powered by a 10 HP motor, for effective agitation of viscous or temperature-sensitive materials. A baffle is also installed for enhanced mixing.
