Description:
This used Precision Stainless Reactor is a high-quality, 30-liter (7.92-gallon) jacketed reactor, designed for chemical, pharmaceutical, and industrial processing applications.
Constructed from 316L stainless steel for the internal vessel and 304L stainless steel for the jacket, this unit provides excellent corrosion resistance and durability.
With an approximate 10-3/4” diameter x 22-1/4” straight side, this reactor features a dished top and bottom, ensuring optimal mixing and heat transfer efficiency.
The internal vessel is rated for 50 PSI at -20 to 350°F, while the jacket is rated for 75 PSI at -20 to 350°F, making it suitable for a wide range of temperature-controlled processing applications.
Equipped with a bottom-entering agitator with three-tier (six) blade impellers, this unit requires a 1 HP motor (not included) for efficient mixing and agitation.
This reactor also features four sidewall baffles for enhanced mixing performance and multiple top and side openings for process integration. Mounted on a stainless steel frame with casters, it is easily portable and ideal for lab, pilot, and small-scale production.
