Used A. Bolz MF400 Vertical Conical Batch Mixer (Nauta-type) constructed with 316 stainless steel product contact surfaces, polished to corn 240 for sanitary-grade applications. Offers a total capacity of 9250 liters (326.66 cu ft) and a working capacity of 4000 liters (141.25 cu ft). The unit features a hanging design with 3 claw mounts, includes a manway and bottom outlet, and is equipped with an internal screw mixing device powered by two Loher explosion-proof motors, making it suitable for hazardous areas. Operating pressure is 1.5 PSI (0.1 bar) at 176°F (80°C). Ideal for pharmaceutical, chemical, or food-grade powder blending where hygiene, efficiency, and safety are essential.
