The Myers Tri-Shaft Combination Disperser-Mixer-Emulsifier, Model V550/500EH-15-25 is a versatile and heavy-duty mixing solution designed for complex mixing, dispersing, and emulsifying applications. With a 375-liter (100-gallon) working capacity, this mixer is constructed from durable 304 stainless steel, ensuring long-lasting performance in demanding environments.
The system features dual active shafts and provisions for a third, making it adaptable to a variety of mixing needs. The first shaft includes a 3-wing anchor-style agitator with side and bottom scrapers, powered by a 15 HP XP variable speed motor (3/60/230/460 Volt, 1765 RPM), ideal for slow-speed, high-viscosity mixing. The second shaft features a high-speed paddle blade driven by a 25 HP XP variable speed motor for high-shear mixing and dispersing. The third shaft is motorized with a 15 HP XP variable speed motor but lacks a mixing element, allowing for future customization.
An approximate 20" diameter hydraulic lift cover provides easy access to the mixing chamber for cleaning and maintenance.
