This used IKA Works Dispax Reactor High Shear Inline Disperser (Model DR 2000/10) is a high-efficiency mixing and dispersing system, designed for continuous inline processing of liquids and solids in food, chemical, pharmaceutical, and industrial applications.
With a nominal flow rate of 35 gallons per minute (8,000 L/h) and a nominal tip speed of 4,500 feet per minute, this unit is capable of achieving fine particle size reduction, emulsification, and homogenization in a single pass.
Driven by a 30 HP, 3/60/230/460V, 3525 RPM motor, the high-speed rotor-stator system ensures uniform mixing and high shear force, making it ideal for applications requiring rapid dispersion and consistent product quality.
