The feed screw is driven by a 1 HP, 3/60/208-230/460V, 1755 RPM motor, ensuring smooth operation.
The dryer vessel measures approximately 10” in diameter x 136” long, with four fixed baffles to enhance material drying efficiency. The main drying system is powered by a 2 HP, 3/60/230/460V, 1140 RPM motor, running through a 5.76:1 reducer for controlled operation.
Material is discharged through an 8” diameter outlet equipped with a Flowseal valve, positioned at a 36” discharge height for easy collection and integration into downstream processes.
