This Unused Quadro ZC0 Emulsifier Mixer, built in 2020, is a high-performance disperser designed to incorporate and emulsify powders into liquids in a single pass. Featuring a 3–12 GPM liquid throughput and 30 lbs/minute powder dispersion capacity, the unit is built with 316 stainless steel contact parts and a 304 stainless steel base with bead-blast finish.
The ZC0 uses an advanced rotor/stator reactor to apply intense shear, ensuring complete wetting of powders and eliminating lumps or fisheyes in the final product. It includes sanitary 1” inlet/outlet connections, swivel/rigid casters, and is powered by a 3 HP motor. Delivered unused and still in its original shipping crate, this unit is ready for immediate deployment in pharmaceutical, nutraceutical, food, cosmetic, or chemical production.
