Description:
The Praxair Model SDBP Nitrogen Freeze Tunnel is a high-capacity industrial cryogenic freezing system, designed for efficient and rapid freezing of food products. This system is constructed from stainless steel and features a 24” wide x 22’ long mesh conveyor belt with a 6” high aperture, providing ample space for high-volume processing.
Equipped with three (3) 1/2 HP top-mounted motor-driven fans and eleven (11) discharge nozzles, this freezer ensures even and rapid cooling for various food products. A Foxboro temperature controller allows for precise temperature regulation, while the bounce pan system helps manage product movement within the freezing tunnel.
Designed for operator convenience and safety, the unit includes two doors (one on each side), a single-door access across the quadrants, and a control panel with push-button controls and emergency stops (e-stops). The system is mounted on a 12-leg base frame, ensuring stability and durability.
This unit operates on a 1 HP, 3-phase, 60 Hz, 480V power supply, making it suitable for high-demand industrial applications.
