Abbe Model RB-265 Ribbon Blender is a high-performance, industrial-grade mixing system designed for blending powders, granules, and bulk solids in large-scale food, pharmaceutical, chemical, and industrial processes. With a 265 cubic foot working capacity and a 289 cubic foot total volume, this blender offers high efficiency for bulk batch processing.
Fabricated entirely from Type 304 polished stainless steel, this food-grade ribbon blender ensures superior durability, corrosion resistance, and sanitary design. The internal double spiral ribbon provides fast, consistent, and uniform mixing. The trough measures approximately 63" wide x 130" long x 67.8" deep, offering ample capacity for a variety of dry materials.
Powered by a robust 75 HP SEW Eurodrive hollow bore motor, operating at 230/460 volts, 1775 RPM, 3 phase / 60 Hz, with an output speed of approximately 26 RPM, the unit delivers dependable performance. Features include a top cover with hold-down clamps and limit switch for operator safety, a center loading cover with a welded safety grate (30" wide x 50" long), and an air-operated flush plug valve for discharge.
The discharge valve measures 4.7" wide x 27.6", and the discharge housing is approximately 20.5" wide x 36.2" long, with a 4" discharge height.
