NEW & IN STOCK! The Paul O. Abbe Model RB-135 Ribbon Blender is a high-efficiency, industrial-grade mixer designed for blending powders, granules, and bulk solids. With a 135 cubic foot working capacity and a 146 cubic foot total volume, this ribbon blender is ideal for large-scale applications in the food, pharmaceutical, chemical, and nutraceutical industries.
Manufactured with Type 304 polished stainless steel, this food-grade blender ensures sanitary operation and durability. The internal double spiral ribbon design guarantees uniform mixing and quick blending cycles. The trough dimensions are approximately 49.6" wide x 105.5" long x 53.6" deep, providing ample space for batch production.
Powered by a 40 HP SEW Eurodrive hollow bore motor, operating at 230/460 volts, 1775 RPM, 3 phase / 60 Hz, with an approximate output speed of 33 RPM, this blender delivers consistent and reliable performance. Safety features include a top cover with hold-down clamps and a limit switch, and a center loading cover with a welded safety grate (30" wide x 50" long).
Discharge is managed through a 4.7" wide x 19.7" air-operated flush plug valve, with a discharge housing approximately 20.5" wide x 28.4" long, and a discharge height of approximately 8", making it ideal for integration with downstream equipment.
