Used AMK Twin Ribbon Slanting Mixer/Kneader, Type VISD 3000, designed for efficient and thorough mixing and kneading of viscous products such as pigment pastes, chemicals, or heavy slurries. This heavy-duty unit features two mixing blades inclined at 45°, ensuring optimal movement and uniform blending throughout the batch.
With a total capacity of 3000 liters (105.9 cu ft / 793 gallons) and a working capacity of 2800 liters (98.88 cu ft / 740 gallons), this mixer/kneader is ideal for large-scale production. The product contact parts are made of 316 (V4A) stainless steel, providing excellent corrosion resistance and durability, especially in demanding applications such as chemical or pigment processing.
This unit is frame-mounted, previously used in a pigment paste application, and is suited for other heavy-duty industrial processes.
