NEW & IN STOCK! The Paul O. Abbe Model RB-100 Ribbon Blender is a versatile, industrial-grade mixer built for blending powders, granules, and bulk solids. With a 100 cubic foot working capacity and a 108 cubic foot total volume, this ribbon blender is well-suited for mid-size batch processing in food, pharmaceutical, chemical, and nutraceutical industries.
Crafted from Type 304 polished stainless steel, this food-grade blender ensures sanitary operation, corrosion resistance, and long-lasting durability. The internal double spiral ribbon provides efficient, uniform mixing. The trough dimensions are approximately 44.9" wide x 93.8" long x 49.3" deep, designed for seamless blending operations.
Driven by a 30 HP SEW Eurodrive hollow bore motor, operating on 230/460 volt, 1775 RPM, 3-phase / 60 Hz, with an output speed of approximately 31 RPM, this unit delivers dependable and consistent performance. Safety features include a top cover with hold-down clamps and limit switch, and a center loading cover with welded safety grate (30" wide x 50" long) for added safety and efficiency.
The discharge system features a 4.7" wide x 14.2" flush air-operated plug valve, a discharge housing approximately 18.5" wide x 24" long, and an 8" discharge height, providing compatibility with various material handling equipment.
