This blender is constructed from Type 304 polished stainless steel, ensuring food-grade sanitation and corrosion resistance. The internal double spiral ribbon guarantees uniform and efficient blending, reducing mix times and improving batch consistency. The trough dimensions are approximately 39.4" wide x 78.8" long x 44.1" deep, providing optimal volume for medium-scale processing.
Powered by a 30 HP SEW Eurodrive hollow bore motor, operating at 230/460 volts, 1775 RPM, 3 phase / 60 Hz, with an approximate output speed of 36 RPM, this unit offers powerful performance and reliability. It includes a top cover with hold-down clamps and limit switch for safety, and a center loading cover with a welded safety grate (30" wide x 50" long) for safe and efficient loading.
