With a 35 cubic foot working capacity and 39 cubic foot total volume, this mid-sized blender is ideal for applications in food, pharmaceutical, chemical, and nutraceutical industries.
This ribbon blender features Type 304 polished stainless steel construction, ensuring food-grade compliance, sanitary operation, and resistance to corrosion. The internal double spiral ribbon offers efficient, consistent blending, reducing batch times and improving mix quality. The trough dimensions are approximately 33.4" wide x 59.1" long x 37.4" deep.
The system is powered by a 25 HP SEW Eurodrive hollow bore motor, operating at 230/460 volt, 1775 RPM, 3-phase / 60 Hz, with an output speed of approximately 42 RPM, delivering robust mixing power.
