NEW & IN STOCK! The Paul O. Abbe Model RB-15 Ribbon Blender is a compact, precision-engineered industrial mixer, perfect for small-batch blending applications. With a 15 cubic foot working capacity and 18 cubic foot total volume, it’s ideal for pilot plants, laboratories, or small-scale production in food, pharmaceutical, nutraceutical, and chemical industries.
Built from Type 304 polished stainless steel, this food-grade blender ensures sanitary processing, excellent corrosion resistance, and durability. It features an internal double spiral ribbon for fast and uniform mixing, reducing blending time and increasing efficiency.
The trough dimensions measure approximately 24.4" wide x 48.9" long x 28.8" deep. It is powered by a 10 HP SEW Eurodrive hollow bore motor, operating at 230/460 volts, 1775 RPM, 3 phase / 60 Hz, with an output speed of approximately 60 RPM, delivering reliable, consistent performance.
For safety and ease of operation, the blender comes equipped with a top cover with hold-down clamps and a limit switch. The center loading cover, with a welded safety grate measuring 11.8" wide x 19.7" long, allows for secure material loading.
The discharge system includes a 4.7" wide x 14.2" flush air-operated plug valve, paired with a discharge housing approximately 18.5" wide x 24" long, and a discharge height of 35.5", providing flexibility for downstream handling.
