Constructed from Type 304 polished stainless steel, the RB-10 offers food-grade quality, corrosion resistance, and long-lasting durability. The internal double spiral ribbon ensures quick, uniform mixing with minimal energy consumption. The trough dimensions are approximately 22.1" wide x 38.6" long x 25" deep, optimized for small batch operations.
Powered by a 5 HP SEW Eurodrive hollow bore motor, running at 230/460 volts, 1775 RPM, 3 phase / 60 Hz, with an output speed of approximately 66 RPM, this unit provides consistent, reliable performance. It features a top cover with hold-down clamps and a limit switch, ensuring operator safety, and a center loading cover with a welded safety grate (11.8" wide x 19.7" long) for safe material loading.
The discharge includes a 3.2" wide x 9.9" flush air-operated plug valve, with a discharge housing approximately 15.4" wide x 19.3" long, and a 35.5" discharge height, making it compatible with various discharge and packaging systems.
