The Used Lodige FKM600D Batch Type Plow Mixer is a high-performance industrial mixing system, designed for efficient blending of powders, granules, and other bulk materials. The mixer features a 6 cubic foot working capacity (10 cubic foot total) within a non-jacketed mixing chamber measuring 32" in diameter x 50" in length. The 4" diameter shaft is equipped with (3) bolt-on plows and (2) bolt-on end scrapers, ensuring uniform mixing and minimal material buildup.
Access points include (2) side doors measuring 18" x 15.5", along with (2) 12" top openings for ingredient loading. The 9" x 7" bottom outlet is fitted with a manual-operated door and air purge seals for controlled discharge. The unit is powered by a 10 HP motor through a Falk reducer and comes with a control panel featuring an Allen-Bradley PanelView HMI for precise operation control.
