The Littleford VT-4000 Vacuum Plow Mixer/Dryer is a high-performance mixing and drying solution designed for high-efficiency blending, drying, and reaction processing of powders, granules, and pastes. This mixer features a 4000-liter (approx. 1057-gallon) capacity, with a 54" diameter and 121" straight side. The internal chamber is rated for 15 PSI/vacuum at 250°F, while the stainless steel jacket is rated for 75 PSI at 250°F, allowing for precise thermal processing.
Equipped with a 6" diameter shaft, 8 bolt-on plow blades, and 2 end scrapers, the mixer provides intense material movement and uniform blending. The design also includes a provision for 4 choppers, allowing for additional particle size reduction and high-speed shear mixing. The air-purged main seals ensure long-term performance with minimal contamination risk.
