The Used Phlauer / A&J Mixing Modular Paddle Mixer, Model AJSP 486-6 SPSS, is a high-capacity industrial mixer designed for efficient blending of powders, granules, and bulk materials. With a 74 cubic foot capacity, this mixer features a 304 stainless steel non-jacketed trough, measuring 48” wide x 78” long x 44” deep.
Equipped with a robust 5" diameter shaft and (16) welded 13-3/4" x 6-3/4" paddles on 2" diameter posts, this mixer ensures thorough, uniform mixing. The system is driven by a powerful 22kW (30 HP) gear motor, running at 1770 RPM with a 75.69:1 ratio, final RPM of 23.
