The Gemco 120 Cubic Foot Slant Cone Blender is a high-capacity industrial mixing system, designed for homogeneous blending of powders, granules, and bulk solids. Made from stainless steel, this blender features a 30" straight side with an 80" diameter, a 38" top cone, and a 54" bottom cone for optimal material flow.
Equipped with an 18-1/2" manway (no cover) and a 12" center bottom outlet, this unit is designed for efficient material discharge. The system is driven by a 20 HP, 3-phase, 60 Hz, 230/460V motor operating at 1770 RPM, connected through a 16:1 gearbox. Additionally, a 3 HP motor is included for auxiliary functions.
